Do I need a lab to test? +
No lab visit required. Every MyBya test is a self-administered at-home test kit — you run it yourself in a few minutes with step-by-step guidance in the app, then your results and zones are ready immediately.
Is testing analytics included, or does it cost extra? +
It's included. Every subscription tier comes with a monthly testing analytics allowance built into the price. Need a test beyond your monthly cap? Add one for a flat $9.95, one-time — no need to upgrade your plan.
What happens when I hit my tier's test limit? +
Nothing is ever lost. Once you've used your included test(s) for the month, your allowance simply resets at the start of your next billing cycle, or you can pick up an extra test with the $9.95 add-on. All of your existing data, history, and past results stay fully accessible — if a paid tier ever lapses, your account drops to the free Basic tier rather than losing anything.
How does per-athlete billing work for teams? +
It's fully automatic. As your team's coach or admin adds an athlete to the roster, that athlete is added to your next invoice at your tier's per-athlete rate — remove an athlete and the charge comes off just as automatically. Athletes on a team plan are never billed directly; the team's subscription covers every Team-Athlete account.
