Shannon Grady is the visionary behind MyBya — an elite runner, triathlete, and author of The Lactate Revolution. A globally recognized sports scientist and expert in lactate dynamics, she has revolutionized how athletes and coaches approach training.

Since 1999 she has provided testing and consulting to the world's elite athletes and coaches across 25+ sports, contributing to numerous NCAA, World, and Olympic champions. Her command of applied lactate dynamics drives the MyBya mission to deliver science-backed, actionable insight worldwide.

Hazel Clark

An American middle-distance runner who specialized in the 800 meters — a member of the U.S. Olympic team in 2000, 2004, and 2008, with six national titles and two USA Olympic Trials wins. Beyond the track she led global sales and business development for the Bermuda Tourism Authority, driving data-driven strategy for a team of 18. Her work with the Lyles Brothers Sports Foundation and the USA Bobsled/Skeleton Board reflects a commitment to growth and impact.

Ryan Comstock

Coach Comstock has coached high school and collegiate teams for 22 years, integrating Shannon's blood-lactate protocol since 2013. At Haverford Township HS he guided New Balance NIL athlete Olivia Cieslak to 2:03.84 (800m), 4:39.76 (1600m), a 17:35 5K, and 55.97 (400m). At West Chester University he developed Josh Coakley into the first athlete in PSAC history to win XC, indoor 3K/5K, and outdoor 10K/5K in one school year. He supports MyBya coaches directly through the learning curve to System Based Training.
